Vinicius stars as Brazil thump Paraguay
Vinicius was the standout player as Brazil surged to a three-goal lead by halftime, with the Real Madrid forward netting two of those goals.
After Lucas Paqueta failed to convert a penalty and missed an opportunity to open Brazil’s account in the tournament, Vini Jr. took charge.
His first goal came five minutes after the half-hour mark, expertly finishing a well-executed team move to give Dorival Junior’s men the lead.
