Ghanaians shocked as Borteyman Sports Complex now a venue for Church Service


Reports on sections of the media suggest that the Borteyman Sports Complex is now being rented out to churches for their Sunday services.

Broadcast Journalist Fentuo Tahiru who shared a video of a Church Service taking place at the facility expressed shock over the National Sports Authority’s failure and the government’s failure to follow the sustainability plan for the project.

The Church considering the Posters and Banners mounted Is Christ Embassy, Legon Central Branch.

The Church service is taking place on the facility used for Badminting.

The Borteyman Sports Complex was built for the All-African Games hosted by Ghana this year.

It was one of the facilities that gave Ghana a good name during the event considering the number of sporting facilities in there.

Reports were suggesting that it would be converted into a Sports University after the All-African Games.
