Mahama promises to repossess all state lands stolen by the Akufo-Addo gov’t

Flagbearer of the National Democratic Congress (NDC), John Dramani Mahama has vowed to possess all state lands sold out by the current government.

He says the Nana Addo Dankwa Akfuo-Addo government is disposing of lands belonging to the state to themselves.

However, if he takes over as President, he will reclaim all these lands.

In a tweet shared via X, the former President said”The Akufo-Addo and Bawumia government is disposing off state lands and properties at an unprecedented rate. When elected, my administration will prioritise the investigation and re-possession of these lands”.

Meanwhile, the National Democratic Congress Member of Parliament for North Tongu has been on the case of SSNIT for its decision to sell four of its hotels to Rock City Hotel.

He argues it is part of state capture by the current government and will not be countenanced.

Okudzeto Ablakwa has since organized a demonstration he has decided to replicate in the Central Region and other regions.
